Why The Assessment Exists?

Every athlete is different.

Before recommending any training, we take the time to understand your athlete, not just how they play, but how they move, how they train, and how confident they feel.

The assessment allows us to guide athletes into the right stage of the SISU Pathway, ensuring they’re supported, not rushed.

How the Assessment Fits the SiSU Pathway

The assessment helps us place athletes into the appropriate stage of the SISU Pathway:

  • Grit – developing consistency and challenge
  • Resilience – handling pressure and performance
  • SiSU Athlete – training with ownership and confidence
