Sport doesn't teach scoreboard. It teaches identity. Ben spent his life learning that the long way — Melbourne, Noosa, a degree in Exercise Science, a basketball obsession that never wore off.

SiSU is the result. A youth strength and conditioning practice built on one bet: the habits a young athlete builds in the gym are the same habits they'll lean on in the classroom, in finals, and after the buzzer sounds.
