Five consecutive days. Small groups. Professional coaching. Every athlete tested on Day 1 and re-tested on Day 5 — so you walk away knowing exactly how much stronger, faster, and more explosive your child became. Two weeks available: 29 June – 4 July and 7 July – 11 July. Choose the week that suits — or do both.

This is the same rigorous S&C methodology used in the term program, compressed into the school holidays so every young athlete — regardless of schedule — can access it.

The school holidays are five days of training time most athletes waste. We use every one of them.


Boys & Girls.
Separate Groups.

Boys and girls train in separate groups so every athlete gets maximum coaching attention in the right environment. One program — built for athletes aged 10–14 or 15–18 regardless of sport or experience level.

The program is the same across both weeks. If your athlete attends Week 2 after completing Week 1, I'll give them a progressive version — increased load and complexity built on what they've already developed.

Loaded compound movements and power output. The session where athletes find out what they are made of.

CNS & Balance
Central nervous system training and stability work. Precision, control and coordination under fatigue.
Fri
Retest
Same three tests as Monday. Every athlete sees their improvement on paper. Numbers do not lie.
