YOUR CHILD DOESN'T NEED
TO WORK ON EVERYTHING.
They need to work on the right things, in the right order. SiSU identifies what your athlete already does well, what they need next, and builds an individual Skill Menu to guide their development.
Everyone tells them
something different.
Team coach. Private trainer. YouTube. TikTok. Teammates. Parents. Camps and clinics. Every young athlete hears advice from somewhere different — and it usually contradicts the last thing they heard.
The challenge was never effort. It's knowing what to actually work on next. That's what the SiSU Skill Menu solves.
Their game.
Their Skill Menu.
This isn't a generic list every athlete receives. Your child's Skill Menu is built around their game, current level, strengths and goals.
Five stages.
One clear process.
Their Skill Menu is
informed by real signals.
We're not trying to fix everything at once. We're identifying what will make the biggest difference next.
Before we fix what's missing,
we find what's already there.
Every athlete has something that could become part of their basketball identity. The goal isn't to make every athlete identical — it's to help them become the player they can be.

Real results.
Real families.
“We couldn't be more impressed with how Ben worked with our son. He wanted to improve his jumping, speed and power for basketball and football, and after only two weeks saw real results and helped build his confidence.”
Jo & Sam W.
“My son has completed both a holiday and term time block of strength and conditioning training for basketball. His speed, jump and strength gains have been significant. Ben has been a diligent and caring coach and always takes the time to explain the training program to parents.”
Blake
“Ben is so knowledgeable and really took the time to get to know both my girls' goals and strengths. My kids did not realise how hard they were working — they said the time flew by.”
Maria H.
“We have had the best experience with Ben and SiSU for our two kids. Ben genuinely cares about what he does, and the kids are already seeing the benefits of the program.”

SiSU Training Academy runs small group basketball training at Balwyn High School, with private session venues confirmed after registration, and families joining us from Hawthorn East, Camberwell, Kew, Kew East, Canterbury, Balwyn North and Glen Iris. Whether your child is just starting out or preparing for rep tryouts, our training is built around one thing: understanding who they already are as a player, and building from there.
