$250 per month - reoccurring subscription.

Our Strength & Conditioning program is designed to help athletes develop strong, confident movement patterns, improve physical resilience, and reduce injury risk, all in a structured, age-appropriate way.

This isn’t just “gym work.” It’s a basketball-aligned physical development program that complements sport training by focusing on:

  • Foundational strength and body control
  • Speed, agility, and functional movement
  • Injury prevention through better mechanics
  • Confidence in how athletes move and train

Sessions are delivered in small groups with close coaching to ensure technique, safety, and progression. Training is tailored for each athlete’s stage of development, so they are always challenged appropriately without unnecessary strain.

Our goal is to build durable, resilient athletes who move well on and off the court, supporting performance, reducing niggles, and fostering confidence in training and competition.

$100 per month (household-based, not per athlete)

Online Strength & Conditioning provides athletes with structured physical development programs they can follow at home, designed to build strength, movement quality, and confidence in their body.

What’s included:

  • Structured online strength & conditioning programs
  • Age-appropriate strength, mobility, and control
  • Flexible training schedule that fits around sport and school
  • Monthly SiSU Open Court access

Designed to support long-term athletic development and reduce burnout, while complementing in-person and club training.

Every 5-8 weeks, recommended 1 on 1 assessment session at the gym or basketball court to revaluate progress and prescribed exercises.
